CrossFit is a comprehensive approach to fitness which utilizes weightlifting, gymnastics, metabolic conditioning, and nutrition to achieve tangible results for all participants.
Every day, we do a workout as a class lead by a coach. The workout can include any combination of movements, with light to heavy weights, and for short to long durations. Before the workout begins, we take ample time to warm you up and make sure that every athlete is comfortable with the movements.
